Today I read two texts and learned to look for connections between them. Both books were about birthdays. My  favourite text was birthdays because it was about boys and girls showing their birthday gifts.

Description-The snowman

On a cold winter’s day I saw a snowman and a thick white blanket of snow on the ground. The snowman was wearing a scarf and a hat and it also has a carrot nose. I saw lots of 

snowflakes falling out of the winter sky. The trees were also covered in snow. There were lots of fluffy grey clouds and the snowflakes were very very soft when they fell from the sky but when they fell on the ground it got hard. 

Bula vinaka and welcome to my blog.This week me and class did a blog post.On the blog post its about what year i am,what school i go to,what my teachers name is and the two things i love about the school.I wrote I am year 4 , I go to otahuhu primary school,my teacher is Mrs Balbharan and my two favourite things i love about my school are art and my friends.  

For Book Week I made a character from the book New Zealand Birds. I am a fantail.

In reading we have been learning about New Zealand Birds.Here is my work.
